How do I return an item?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the actual shipping, handling or other additional charges. We strongly advise that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order. Damaged merchandise must be reported within (3) business days of receipt. No returns are accepted after 30 days.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. A 20% restock fee will be deducted for any unauthorized returns or packages returned undelivered.
  • Merchandise must be in new, unused and resalable condition.
  • CDs, DVDs, books, and strings are non-refundable.

Shipping Damage/Product Defect

Please Note: We sell handcrafted musical instruments, therefore, something that appears as a defect or damage may be a part that jiggled loose during shipping or is a normal condition for that instrument.

Damaged merchandise must be reported to within (3) business days of receipt. Please provide:

  • Photos of damaged or defective product, including the box
  • Tracking Number
  • Order Number
  • Consignee's Address and Phone Number

A Return Service (RS) Label will be issued or a damage claim pickup will be requested. A replacement will be shipped at no charge after the original item has been returned. If a replacement is not available, will refund the cost of the product including shipping cost. For products returned on a RS Label which are found not to be defective or damaged, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the final refund.

How to Make a Return

  1. Email to request a RA. Please provide reason for the return.
  2. Carefully repack merchandise in the original packaging. Be sure to include all parts, accessories (i.e., magnets, mallets, etc.), and literature (i.e., owners guide). Do not write on the original box.
  3. Insure return shipments for your protection. Items that are damaged during return shipping will not be accepted for refund.
